Leading Cyber Resilience DEFEND Leadership Update

DEFEND today confirmed that Chief Operating Officer Shiv Prasad will be leaving the company later this year, following a planned transition period.

Shiv will remain with DEFEND over the coming months to support continuity and a structured handover of key operational responsibilities to other leaders.

Shiv Prasad said:

“After close to 7 years at DEFEND, I’ve decided the time is right for me to step back and prioritise my family, particularly spending more time with my young daughter. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful to the team and our customers. My priority through the transition period is to ensure a smooth handover and to support the team as they continue to build on the strong foundations already in place.”
